The qualified individual will partner with the SVP or EVP in managing key client relationship leads and will manage internal cross-functional teams, including utilization, client forecasting, and revenue/margin dynamics. The individual will focus on marketing strategy development leading to innovative program design that significantly impacts a client’s bottom line. The individual will act as a strategic advisor to senior clients. He or she will be expected to take the initiative in identification and follow-up on new client opportunities. Candidates must have at least ten years of marketing agency experience, especially account/marketing and /or planning; online/offline mix but online more important; direct/interactive bias. An MBA from a top tier college or university is required. Candidates must have an ability to marry the strategic with the tactical. Excellent leadership and strategy development skills are essential.
