Aerospace/Defense
These positions will be primarily responsible for developing and managing client relationships, managing the delivery of strategic projects, developing client solutions through leadership, and providing support, mentoring and expert advice to project teams.

These positions require at least five years of strategy consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm, and/or experience working in a senior level position within the Aerospace/Defense environment. In addition, candidates must have a thorough understanding of market research and consulting methodologies; proven success with business development and direct client interaction.

Food Services
These positions will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategic plans in the most cost effective and time efficient manner to grow the organization’s food services practice.

These positions will require at least five years of strategy consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm, and/or experience working in a senior level position within the food services environment. In addition, candidates must have strategy consulting experience and expertise in turnaround, in restructuring services, performance improvement, financial services, and will have a thorough understanding of the dynamics of managing a successful business unit.

Oil & Gas
These positions will be primarily responsible for developing and managing client relationships, managing the delivery of strategic projects, developing client solutions through leadership, and providing support, mentoring and expert advice to project teams.

These positions require at least five years of strategy consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm within the Oil and Gas industry. In addition, candidates must have a thorough understanding of market research and consulting methodologies; proven success with business development; capable of working with clients at all levels; the ability to meet deadlines and client expectations; and a creative approach to problem solving and thought leadership.

In addition to the above, a collegial leadership style and strong written/verbal communications skills are required. An MBA or equivalent is expected. The positions are in various locations throughout the United States. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.
