We are seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist to assume the following responsibilities as part of the Sybase pricing team: • Work with product managers pricing new products and evaluating old product pricing while providing training and guidance on corporate policies and departmental processes. • Updating price lists for the company by consolidating information from a complex group of documents, managing large sets of data and updating multiple internal systems to support the various pricing changes. • Web resource to maintain, update and redesign the internal pricing website. • Develop comprehensive financial reports by geography to determine license and technical support pricing. • Perform financial analysis on a number of specific areas such as: -discounting trends of license revenue -geography specific net revenue per product for uplift determinations -license model revenue analysis Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 2 – 4 years experience with exceptional Excel, analysis skills, and understanding of how to do data queries. HTML is required and experience with Business Objects is a plus.
