Cuomo taps former chief judge for Paterson probe (3/11/2010)

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order Thursday appointing former New York state Chief Judge Judith Kaye as independent counsel to conduct two separate investigations involving Gov. David Paterson. Mr. Cuomo said a preliminary investigation revealed “credible issues that need to be resolved."
